Carolina Keller

Carolina Keller Jupitz's practice focuses on international family, child and inheritance law (specializing in binational marriages). Due to her cultural background as a Swiss-Brazilian dual citizen, she advises and represents her clients in Portuguese, German and English in all matters of family and inheritance law (parental custody, child support, separation, divorce, recognition of foreign divorce decrees).  

 

As an experienced litigator, she also represents the interests of national and international clients in disputes relating to contract and corporate law as well as debt collection and bankruptcy law. Her further expertise lies in the areas of general criminal law and white-collar criminal law, where she represents her clients as defence attorney or representative of injured parties.
